1. Who we are

MARITIME AI / Maritime Mastermind ("the Service") is operated by KRISHNAVI ENGICONS PRIVATE LIMITED, Bihar, India, CIN U68200BR2025PTC074349 ("we", "us"). Questions about these terms can be sent to deep5876@gmail.com.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. What the Service provides

MARITIME AI is an AI-assisted practice and self-assessment tool for maritime oral examination preparation. It generates practice questions, evaluates submitted answers and reports indicative performance information.

• The Service is a preparation aid only and is not an official examination, certification or endorsement.
• AI-generated content may be incomplete or incorrect. You must always refer to the current conventions, flag state requirements, official publications and your company procedures.
• We do not guarantee any examination result or outcome.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into a contract to use the Service.

5. Subscriptions and payment

• A free tier with limited access is available. Premium access is a subscription billed at ₹999 per month.
• Payments are processed by Paddle. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases made through the Service, meaning Paddle is the seller of record and is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable taxes.
• Your purchase is therefore also subject to Paddle's buyer terms and their handling of billing, invoicing and taxes.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Cancellation and refund handling is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• We do not store your card details. Prices may change in future; any change will apply from a future billing period and will be notified in advance where required.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not share, resell or redistribute Service content, question banks or examination material.
• Do not scrape, bulk-download, reverse engineer or attempt to extract underlying model answers or data.
• Do not share your account with others or use the Service to break any applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

All content, question banks, card libraries, software and branding within the Service remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own examination preparation while your account is active.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may be changed, suspended or withdrawn, and maintenance or third-party outages may affect access.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision, action or examination outcome based on Service content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction at Patna, Bihar shall have jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above shows the current version, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
