Privacy Notice

1. Who is responsible
MARITIME AI / Maritime Mastermind is operated by KRISHNAVI ENGICONS PRIVATE LIMITED, Bihar, India ("we", "us"), which is the controller of the personal data described here. Privacy queries can be sent to deep5876@gmail.com.
2. Data we collect
- Account data — email address, authentication credentials managed by our authentication provider, and profile details you choose to enter (such as rank and preparation focus).
- Practice data — the questions you attempt, your written or spoken answers, generated evaluations, scores and session history.
- Voice data — where you use the spoken examination features, audio you record is processed to produce a transcript for evaluation.
- Subscription data — your plan status and subscription lifecycle events received from Paddle.
- Technical data — basic logs and error reports needed to operate and secure the Service.
3. How we use it
- To provide your account, practice sessions, evaluations and performance history.
- To determine whether your account has free or Premium access.
- To operate, secure, debug and improve the Service.
- To respond to support, cancellation and refund requests.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle, acting as the Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and processes your billing and payment information directly and handles applicable taxes; we do not receive or store your full card details. We receive only the subscription status information needed to grant or remove Premium access. Paddle's handling of your data is governed by Paddle's own privacy policy.
5. Processors we rely on
- Our managed cloud database, authentication and hosting provider, which stores your account and practice data.
- AI model providers, which process the text of your answers (and voice transcripts) to generate evaluations and model answers.
- Paddle, for payment processing and subscription billing.
These providers process data on our instructions for the purposes above. Processing may take place outside your country; where that happens we rely on the provider's standard safeguards.
6. Retention
Account and practice data is retained while your account exists so your history remains available, and is deleted or anonymised after account closure, except where records must be kept for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons. Specific retention periods vary by data type and applicable legal requirements; contact deep5876@gmail.com for details.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, a copy of your data, or restriction of certain processing, and you may object to processing or withdraw consent where it applies. To exercise these rights, contact deep5876@gmail.com. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Security
We use access controls, row-level database security and encrypted transport to protect your data. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure, so please keep your credentials confidential.
9. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and browser storage that are necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use them for advertising.
10. Children
The Service is intended for maritime professionals and is not directed at children.
11. Changes and contact
